Mohammad Khabbab Taki is a Lecturer in the Department of Law at International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC). He holds Fazil (BA) and Kamil (MA) degrees in Hadith, as well as LLB (Hons) and LLM in Law. He has also completed a Land Survey Course under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) and a Production Management Course under BGMEA, reflecting a diverse academic and practical foundation.

At IIUC, Mr. Taki teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students. His areas of instruction include Constitutional Law, Media Law, Hindu Personal Law, Administrative Law, Transfer of Property Law, Interpretation of Statutes, Employment/Labour Law, Business Law, International Organizations, and Comparative Law.

His research interests span a wide range of classical and contemporary legal fields, including Shari'ah Law, Personal Law, Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), International Human Rights Law (IHRL), Technology and Media Law, Maritime Law, Refugee Law, and Arbitration Law. Mr. Taki has published several articles in national and institutional legal journals, contributing to contemporary discourse on his research interests.

In addition to teaching and research, he actively contributes to institutional development through his involvement in various academic and administrative committees. He has served on the Class Routine Committee, IQAC Committee, Logistics Committee, Law Club Committee, and other departmental working groups. His dedication to academic excellence, teamwork, and student support reflects his commitment to the holistic advancement of legal education at IIUC.
